What is

Hemophilia

Hemophilia is a genetic disorder present from birth, characterized by a deficiency in certain blood proteins known as clotting factors, which are essential for proper blood clotting. This deficiency means that individuals with hemophilia can experience prolonged bleeding even from minor injuries. Bleeding can also occur internally, particularly in the joints and muscles, leading to swelling and severe pain. Without proper treatment, repeated bleeding episodes can result in

permanent joint damage and disability.

Hemophilia:

What We Do

Hemophilia patients in Pakistan currently receive minimal or no treatment. Repeated bleeding and joint damage make it difficult for them to continue their education, work, and daily activities. Our organization provides free medication to poor and needy hemophilia patients, helping them avoid disabilities and continue their daily lives. Additionally, we conduct fundraising efforts to support patients with severely damaged joints, ensuring they can receive the necessary surgeries.

Pakistan is a developing country where the majority of people live in poverty, unable to afford education and medical expenses. Hemophilia Care of Pakistan is committed to offering financial support to underprivileged patients and their families. Additionally, we provide scholarships to help patients complete their education, empowering them to become socioeconomically independent and secure a respectable place in society.

Our NGO is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for children who cannot afford schooling. We believe that education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering the next generation. Through scholarships, school supplies, and support programs, we ensure that these children gain the knowledge and skills needed for a brighter future. By removing financial barriers, we open doors to opportunities that can transform their lives and enable them to contribute positively to society.
